Lee Anne Bruce Boone serves as the Executive Director for the Oklahoma Ethics Commission, starting in January 2024. Lee Anne is an experienced attorney with both organizational management skills and investigative expertise. She began her career in state government over 20 years ago, working to ensure the most vulnerable received valuable state services. In her most recent position as Chief Accountability Officer with the Oklahoma State Department of Health, she coordinated audits and investigations, as well as performed risk management review. Other former roles include Chief of Staff at the Oklahoma Department of Human Services where she steered strategic planning and the development of key performance indicators, as well as collaborated at a high level with federal, state, and local partners. She has participated in executive leadership learning programs in both Oklahoma and Tennessee, leading to the development of an executive leadership learning platform during her time in Oklahoma. Lee Anne also has extensive experience in fiscal management and oversight of legislative affairs while working in Oklahoma and as Deputy General Counsel in Tennessee. Lee Anne received her juris doctor from the University of Tennessee and received the first executive scholarship to obtain her Masters in Civic Leadership from David Lipscomb University. She is committed to the integrity of the mission of the Oklahoma Ethics Commission and focuses on building relationships with those she serves in the areas of campaign finance, the legislature, state officers, and employees. She values a results-oriented environment and utilizes educational opportunities to build awareness and develop rapport with those communities. Lee Anne is passionate about ensuring accountability to ethical guidelines, but with fairness and a focus on proactive continuous improvement. She takes a measured approach, working to establish a customer-service oriented workforce to educate those regulated by the Ethics Commission. She sees this as a critical role to all Oklahomans to ensure ethical conduct in campaigns and the actions of state officials and employees. |

Senior Compliance Officer | |
Darci McKee is the Senior Compliance Officer at the Oklahoma Ethics Commission, serving since September 2015. She previously worked for an Oklahoma based Campaign Finance Reporting company, as Reporting Specialist for over 7 years. Prior to this, she spent numerous years in the private sector in Human Resources and Insurance. She has a Bachelor of Science from the University of North Texas in Merchandising and Business. | |
Denise Klein, Compliance Officer | |
Denise Klein is a Compliance Officer at the Oklahoma Ethics Commission, serving since September of 2022. She previously held multiple roles in both the private sector and in government regulation. Most recently, she worked for the Louisiana State Board of Practical Nurse Examiners since 2007. Denise served as the board’s Associate Executive Director and Director of Compliance and Discipline from 2016 to 2022. She holds an Associated Degree in Nursing from Delgado Charity School of Nursing and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from the University of New Orleans. |
