On-line License Renewal System
Information

According to the Oklahoma State Government Modernization Act of 2009 optometrists now renew their Optometry License on-line. This year we will be notifying each optometrist by e-mail when the Online Application and License Renewal System will be available. We anticipate that these notifications will go out on May 1, 2013 as this is the date the system is scheduled to be available. Additionally you will receive a License Renewal Packet which will be mailed out the last week of April, 2013 with instructions on how to access this system which is located at:
