The State Bond Advisor's Office serves as staff to the Council of Bond Oversight and provides advice and assistance to the Governor and Legislature on matters relating to capital planning, debt issuance, and debt management.  The Office also serves as staff to the Long-Range Capital Planning Commission and administers the Private Activity Bond Allocation Act.   See the links below for more detailed information or click here to contact our Staff.
