Banking Operations

Banking Services are provided to State Agencies by the State Treasurer's Banking Operations Department, which is within the Banking Services Division of the Oklahoma State Treasurer’s Office. 

The Banking Operations Department provides banking services such as:

• ACH Wires
• Warrant Disbursements
• Check Cashing
• Stop Payments
• Hard Cancels
• Agency Transfer Request
• Agency Return Items
• Safekeeping
• Forgeries
