Part I of the Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management's (OEM) two-part Comprehensive Exercise Design and Evaluation Program (CEDEP) will be held at the Oklahoma National Guard Regional Training Institute (RTI) located at 6500 North Kelley Avenue in Oklahoma City. Lodging at the RTI will be provided the nights of April 1 and 2 for local/county/tribal representatives that reside at least 60 miles outside of Oklahoma City and are recognized by OEM as official emergency management directors.
