The annual Green Frog Festival in Wilburton celebrates the heritage of this Oklahoma town with storytelling, crafts, food, music and entertainment. The Green Frog was actually a cafe in Wilburton that operated from the 1930s to the early 1970s. While it was open, the Green Frog served as a meeting place for the town of Wilburton and secured its place in the hearts of Wilburton citizens. Having since shut its doors, the Green Frog lives on in memory through the annual Green Frog Festival.
