2012 Proposed Rule Amendments
Each year the Ethics Commission receives requests for amendments to its Constitutional Rules, Section 257:1-1-1 et seq. of the Rules of the Ethics Commission, Title 74 Oklahoma Statutes, Chapter. 62, Appendix. A final vote will be taken prior to the second day of the new legislative session in 2012.
On July 1, 2012, the amendments submitted on the second day of the 2012 Legislative Session, will become effective. The text of all proposed 2012 amendments to the Constitutional Ethics Rules, Section 257:1-1-1 et seq. of the Rules of the Ethics Commission, Title 74 O.S. Supp. 2010, Ch. 62, App., appears below.
