2009 Promulgated Rule Amendments

Each year the Ethics Commission receives requests for amendments to its Constitutional Rules, Section 257:1-1-1 et seq. of the Rules of the Ethics Commission, Title 74 Oklahoma Statutes, Chapter. 62, Appendix. A final vote was taken prior to the second day of the new legislative session in 2009.

On July 1, 2009, the amendments submitted on February 2, 2009, became effective. The text of all promulgated 2009 amendments to the Constitutional Ethics Rules, Section 257:1-1-1 et seq. of the Rules of the Ethics Commission, Title 74 O.S. Supp. 2009, Ch. 62, App., appears below.
