Construction crews work to tear down the old Interstate 40 Crosstown in Oklahoma City. As part of the governor's Bridge Improvement and Turnpike Modernization Plan, many of the steel beams from the Crosstown will be recycled and given to counties for their use to repair or replace deficient bridges.

Gov. Fallin talks about her road and bridge plan that will see many of the steel beams from the old I-40 Crosstown be recycled and used by counties to repair and replace bridges on their road systems.
