The governors panel focused on how she and other governors are reforming state tax codes to encourage economic growth. The panel was moderated by CNBC anchor Larry Kudlow and also featured Tennessee Gov. Bill Haslam, Maine Gov. Paul LePage and New York City Deputy Mayor Robert Steel.
