The Oklahoma Innovation and Technology Plan

The Oklahoma Innovation and Technology Plan analyses today’s technology-based, global economy and Oklahoma’s place in it, summarizes example actions taken by other states, and then recommends eight actions that will strengthen Oklahoma’s economy.

The Oklahoma Innovation and Technology Plan was approved by the Economic Development Generating Excellence (EDGE) Policy Board on July 10, 2009.   This Plan, however, is not a static document—it will evolve as new information becomes available and as recommendations from the Plan are enacted and implemented.
