This project involves a consortium called the Oklahoma Flight Innovation, Research and Scientific Testing and Training with the intent of creating an international center of excellence for the design and manufacture of Unmanned Aerial Systems and their payloads. University Multispectral Laboratories (UML) is partnering with several other aerospace-related companies, Fort Sill and OSU.
