OFFICE OF FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

Mission
Provide quality work environments to our customers.

Goals

  • Provide safe and efficient office facilities for State agency programs.

Branches and Divisions

  • Facilities Services
    Facilities Services, formerly Building Management, operates and maintains seventeen buildings, including the State Capitol, Governor's Mansion and buildings in the Capitol Complex,Tulsa and Ada.  The total space managed is approximately two million square feet.  In addition, Facilities Services is responsible for maintenance of the State Capitol Park and Governor's Mansion grounds.
  • State Leasing
    State Leasing (SL) administers the leasing and space management of real property for all state agencies occupying space in state owned and operated facilities and privately owned facilities.  The objectives are to ensure that a minimum amount of real estate is held by state agencies consistent with their present and future needs and to ensure full and appropriate utilization of the property being held.
  • The Capitol-Medical Center Improvement and Zoning Commission
    The Capitol-Medical Center Improvement and Zoning Commission is responsible for land use planning and development in the Capitol Medical Center Improvement and Zoning District. The staff of the Commission works closely with the Division to protect the Capitol Complex, and to provide planning assistance to create a suitable pattern of land use and development in and adjacent to the Complex.
