General Information
Property Distribution (PD) is the federally designated Oklahoma State Agency for Surplus Property and administers the Federal Surplus Property Donation Program and the DOD 1033 Program,also known as the Law Enforcement Assistance Program. These programs acquire excess federal property and make it available to eligible organizations statewide. Presently, there are over 300 agencies that utilize the law enforcement program.

• 1122 LESO Program
• Donation Program
• Resale Program - Vehicles are purchased from public auction and sold to eligible customers at reasonable prices.
• Direct Allocation - Direct allocation is when property is directly shipped to a donee.

Operating Hours:
From 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding State holidays.
