CENTRAL MAINTENANCE

The Central Maintenance Unit is comprised of managers and technicians who receive and resolve tenant work requests. Technicians are trained in many areas to develop a diverse set of skills while honing a specialized expertise.

A fleet of street-legal Neighborhood Electric Vehicles (NEVs) provide safe, reliable transportation around the Capitol Complex for Central Maintenance workers and equipment.
