The Office of Facilities Management (OFM) professionally maintains, renovates, and improves buildings and grounds. OFM provides quality support services that provide a safe, comfortable and attractive environment for tenants and visitors while preserving and protecting state property under its management. OFM directs management, operations and maintenance of 2.3 million square feet of space in 18 major State buildings valued at $676 million. Primary buildings include the State Capitol, Governor’s Mansion and the office buildings in the Capitol Complex and Tulsa. OFM maintains approximately 150 landscaped acres within the State Capitol Park, Mansion grounds, and Tulsa Office complex.
