ACTIVE SPACE REQUESTS

Active Space Requests listing is a tool to assist state agencies in tracking the progress of their space requests through the space request process, and provide private sector real estate brokers with information on current state space requirements.

Press F5 on your keyboard, or click your browser's Refresh button in order to display the most current version of this list.  State Leasing updates this list frequently.

TABLE INFORMATION LEGEND:

  • AGENCY - Name of agency or organization requesting space.
  • CITY - Location in which agency is attempting to obtain space.
  • CONTACT - E-mail hyperlink with agency point of contact.
  • DATE - Date request for space was received by State Leasing.
  • TYPE - Type of space requested. 
  • NEW - Indicates whether agency is attempting to obtain new space or additional space at current location.
  • STATUS - Current status of request in the space request process.
    • pending - Space Request has been received by State Leasing.
    • requested information - Additional information requested by State Leasing.
    • agency action - Space Request has been authorized by State Leasing.
    • final decision - Action by State Leasing for approval.
    • expired - Space Request has expired due to inactivity for over six (6) months. 
  • NUSF - Total net usable square feet State Leasing has authorized agency to obtain.
