2016 P-Card Training dates
OMES training is now for new program participants only. All continuing or refresher training is to be conducted internally by each agency.
All classes will be held at 5005 N. Lincoln Blvd, Training Room, 1st Floor, unless posted otherwise. The building is located on the SW corner of N.W. 50th and Lincoln Boulevard and parking is in the back.
Times will vary throughout the year. Classes will be limited to 22 attendees per class. All registration forms should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Confirmations will be sent out upon receipt of registration form. Attendee will need to bring the confirmation email with them to class. If substituting an attendee, that person will need to bring their completed registration form from their P-Card Administrator with them to class.
No last-minute walk-ins will be allowed. Attendees arriving more than 15 minutes late will have to repeat the class.
Upon registration confirmation, employees should print the P-Card Procedures from the website, read them, and bring a copy to class. Hands-on Works training will be provided, along with a workbook to go with the slide presentation.
Sign-In begins at 1:15 p.m.; class begins at 1:30 p.m.
Wednesday, March 16, 2016 (new administrators only); sign-in, 8:45 a.m.; class begins, 9 a.m.; duration, 2 hours.
