Prior to his appointment as Administrator of the Division of Capital Assets Management of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services, John Morrison served as the State Construction Administrator for six years and was responsible for the state’s construction program. A licensed architect, he entered state service in 2005 after 30 years experience in the private sector where he owned, managed and delivered professional services throughout the United States and Canada.
Mr. Morrison earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1975 and his Masters of Architecture degree from the OU in 1989 after studying urban planning in London, England. He and his wife Sara live in Norman.
